The members of the Board of Directors are given the mandate to protect the best interests of shareholders and other stakeholders. CHAIRWOMAN
A chairwoman is selected by a company's board to lead the board of directors, preside over meetings, and lead the board to consensus from the disparate points of view of its members. The chairman is the presiding director over the other directors on the board and is expected to be fair, a good listener, and a good communicator.

Ms. Dyna F. De Vera is the owner of one of the luxurious hotel in the country which is the Heaven hotel located at Ayala, Makati.
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Facilitates business outside of the company while guiding employees and other executive officers towards a central objective. The size and sector of the company will dictate the secondary responsibilities. A CEO must have a balance of internal and external initiatives to build a sustainable company.

Ms. Menchie P. Bagood is the owner of Oceania Beach and resort which is located at the heart of Southern Leyte.
VICE CHAIRWOMAN
A member of a committee, board, group, etc., designated as immediately subordinate to a chairman and serving as such in the latter's absence; a person who acts for and assists a chairman.

Ms. Jenny Rose Aguilar owns the modernized Jacers Oriental Hotel, located in the heart of Makati City.
INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
A non-executive director (NED, also NXD) or outside director is a member of the board of directors of a company who does not form part of the executive management team. He or she is not an employee of the company or affiliated with it in any other way.

Ms. Mikka Ella N. Bautista is the owner of the finest hotel Faro de Amor located at Makati City.
COMPANY DIRECTOR
An appointed or elected member of the board of directors of a company who, with other directors, has the responsibility for determining and implementing the company’s policy.

Ms. Dara Camille Cruz owns the Nirviana travel and tours in Makati.

Ms. Mary Grace Cruz is the owner of Fun-To-Travel and Tours in Manila.

Strengths
o We have 3 hotels that can accommodate more tourists and we have 2 travel agencies that can arrange different transactions of the guests.
o All of our employees are well trained and well educated.
o Accessible to a wide market.
o Offers a lot of promos and services.

Weaknesses
o We only have 1 resort so that we cannot assure that the entire guest will be accommodated.
o Experienced managerial level staff.

Opportunities
o Target market does not only cover foreign travelers but also local tourists.
o Our companies have a great potential as a venue for events, conventions and meetings. Because of our well trained staff, there is a great opportunity to have a lot of clients around the world.

Threats
o Competition with other companies.


Future Plans of our Companies
o Our plan is to build another resort to fulfill the needs of our clients. During off season, we are planning to have promos and events to attract more tourists.
o For our hotels, Jacers Oriental Hotel will add 2 more branches of hotel that will accommodate more travelers and a connecting underground route to SM Malls.
o Heaven Hotel will put up a bungee jumping.
o Will build an Olympic size swimming pool to hold swimming competitions.
o For our travel agencies, will offer tour packages for summer with some recreational activities, free transportation to our hotels and resort.
o Accommodation package will be given to those that will stay to our hotel and resort.
o Hermosa Group of Companies has only one resort, the Oceania Beach and Resort is planning to have a branch in Boracay, Palawan and at White Beach in Puerto Galera so that our guest will have many options.
o For summer, we will offer some promos and for off season we will conduct an event like mini concert, team buildings and sports competition provided by our resort.
